How We Work

Adept Access Care provides a simple & effective way to obtain the in-home supportive services you need for you or your loved one(s).
Here’s a comprehensive walkthrough of how we’ll work with you, from contact to care:

1. Assessment

Our in-home supportive care providers will initially visit your home to assess you or your loved one’s current needs & overall situation. Beyond that, our experienced support team will collaborate with you to create a personalized in-home supportive care plan.

2. Introduction

One of our Staffing Coordinators will call the client/family to introduce themselves. This conversation will be the first point of one-on-one contact with our A+ Team to allow the client to get to know them personally.

3. Matching

The Staffing Coordinator then works to match a Care Provider to the client. This process involves assessing the Care Provider’s skills and availability to ensure an optimal client-caregiver match.

4. Onboarding

The Care Provider will learn the details of the Care Plan to be aware of before their first visit to the client’s home.

5. Follow-Up

Within 2-4 days after the first visit, Client Satisfaction will contact the client/family to check in and ensure everything is in order. They will continue to touch base with the client/family on an ongoing basis as well.

6. Support

The Staffing Coordinator also continuously works with the client/family as their needs change to ensure the highest quality of care. This collaborative approach ensures that care remains tailored and effective over time.
